no, but in minimal taxation in rich people at 1 to 4% tax rates but the professional class, upper middle class, middle class, lower middle class, working class, working poor, urban and rural peasant class, high class-commoners, commoners, lower class-commoners, squatters, poor, destitute, outcasts, and untouchables must be no tax at all and must be a tax exempted
