No, Unless the government lowers the taxes that hospitals are paying them. Somehow, It's already Impossible. Look at the media right now, Do you think the government that has billions of pesos burrowed from the US would help fund hospitals? No, they can't cause they don't have enough budget but they do have a lot of budget to rebuild metro Manila am I right? It's all sunshine and rainbow in corporate city and the outside of it are trusses houses that our media feature on documentaries every once in a while that ruins the image of successful filipinos.
