Not exactly. Executives and key leaders within corporations, unions, and non-profits can donate to political parties or candidates in their capacity as private citizens and as personal endorsers who are just doing their civic duty to help parties and politicians whom they truly support—without any attendant strings attached. Corporations, unions, & non-profits cannot donate as a single entity because if the parties and politicians they donate to win, those parties and politicians will be beholden to those corporations, unions, & non-profits. They should be able to donate but that is it, the political parties can do whatever they want with the money because it is a donation, if you donate something you dont expect something back, you give it away to another person to use.
